Ciao!!
My name is Enrica and I'm managing my family farm in Tuscany!
We are trying to get to be completely self sustainable , and we are almost there! We have solar panels, there is a big spring that gives us water, we use wood to keep warm but only from dead trees(we don’t cut any alive trees!) there is an organic vegetable garden, we make wine ,olive oil and honey, lots of jam (when is the right season) and delicius other things!
There are happy chickens , donkeys and horses, and some cats!
We also use wild plants and flowers to do different things, like herbal tea, soap , natural cosmetics, natural medicine and delicious salads!!!
We practice biodynamic agriculture!
There is a beautiful natural pool where you can go for a little dip in the summer! You can walk for hours and just be by yourself in nature, and you can see lots of wild animals !
There is much more to say, but I would love to say it face to face in a video call where we can see if we are a good match and we could have good time together!

I'm looking for someone to help in the vegetable garden, watering flowers, giving food to animals, picking wild herbs and flowers, making jam and tomatoes sauce (when is the right season)! I would like someone happy to be flexible and that loves to be outside, possibly with a little knowledge of gardening.
THE BEST IT WILL BE IF WHO COMES HERE HAS A CAR.. we are far from towns, and it's a much nicer experience if you have a car and can explore the area around during your free time!

There is a little cabin in the wood, a little fairy wood room, just 50 miters away from the house. (the bathroom will be in the house).
During the cold months instead of the cabin in the wood, there will be a room in the house.

If you don't have a car, you can walk up to the village, and have a nice 40 min. walk through the fields. In the Village you can find a small supermarket, 2 bars and a restaurant.
There you can also take a bus to visit the area, remember that we are in a remote area, and there are just 2 busses a day coming trough our village!

E' una ragazza molto tranquilla, molto attenta a tutte le istruzioni e le spiegazioni che le vengono date. E' stata veramente d'aiuto nella gestione dell'orto e del pollaio, precisa e veloce.
Ci ha fatto veramente piacere averla nel team con noi. La sua dolcezza ci mancherà.

è arrivato in bicicletta (e noi siamo nel mezzo del nulla...) con un enorme sorriso stampato sulle labbra, c he non ha mai abbandonato per tutto il periodo che è stato con noi.

The work was always clear and the schedule was set, so it was easy to plan my schedule.
The Italian food I ate during my stay was fantastic! I also enjoyed spending time with her family. The cultural exchange was also very good, so I learned a lot. I will definitely go back someday!
He was very flexible with the working hours and with the different jobs we asked him to do, always available, he never said no!
