Beschreibung
We are a German Family living in Kerikeri. We are in the final stages of building an off grid house, and are looking for an experienced dog sitter while we are in Europe from early July until August 1st. We have 2 dogs, one 12 year old border collie cross, and a 5 year old German shepherd husky. Both dogs are very nice, well trained, and we will need help to take them on twice daily walks on our own property. They also love company, which means hanging out with them in the house. We ideally are looking for 1 or 2 people travelling together, who will share the house with our 23 year old daughter. She is working 3-4 days a week in a cafe and hence we would need additional help. Her working part time, allows for plenty of time to explore. Dog experience is a must, and sharing meals with our daughter would be great, she is a good cook ( and easy to get along with :) . In addition we would like some help with looking after our chickens . We have had many great work awayers over the last 2 years, helping us with building, renovating and dog sitting.

The whole experience was really nice and for the first time doing something like this they were the perfect hosts. Philip stayed with us gor 2 weeks and helped us renovate our house. He was always friendly, polite, helpful and nice to have in the house. He either knew how to approach the tasks he was given, or asked so we could help him. Great workawayer, good fun to be around, strongly recommend to others:)
