Bienvenid@ a un proyecto que une emprendimiento y vida consciente.
Somos un proyecto que brinda un enfoque para el desarrollo personal y emprendimiento autosostenible.
Nos encontramos en Tarifa, Cádiz, proponemos un estilo de vida donde se aprende haciendo, se convive con dirección y se trabaja en tareas reales que sostienen el día a día.
Ofrecemos diferentes formas de participación, según tu perfil e intereses:
Artesanía: colaboración en la producción de piezas en micromacramé
Comunicación digital: creación de contenido visual y textual para redes sociales (reels, fotos, diseño, textos) y apoyo en la estrategia digital.
Cocina: apoyo en la preparación de comidas vegetarianas/veganas para el equipo.
Logística y apoyo general: tareas prácticas del día a día (orden, mantenimiento de espacios, organización).
A cambio ofrecemos:
Alojamiento compartido.
Comida
Aprendizaje práctico en técnicas de artesanía.
Un entorno de convivencia activo con enfoque emprendedor.
Requisitos:
Estancia mínima de 2 semanas.
Nivel medio-alto de español (entender y expresarse con fluidez).
No fumar ni consumir alcohol durante la estancia.
Alta motivación, creatividad y compromiso.
Antes de confirmar tu participación, haremos una videollamada de conocimiento mutuo, para asegurarnos de que haya afinidad y que tu perfil encaje con el momento actual del proyecto.
Este espacio está pensado para personas que sienten que es tiempo de dejar de buscar y empezar a construir. Si estás en esa etapa, te esperamos.

We are a project that offers an approach to personal development and self-sustainable entrepreneurship.
We are located in Tarifa, Cádiz, we propose a lifestyle where you learn by doing, live with direction and work on real tasks that sustain the day to day.
We offer different forms of participation, depending on your profile and interests: Crafts: collaboration in the production of pieces in micromacramé Digital communication: creation of visual and textual content for social networks (reels, photos, design, texts) and support in the digital strategy.
Kitchen: support in the preparation of vegetarian/vegan meals for the team.
Logistics and general support: practical day-to-day tasks (tidiness, space maintenance, organisation).
In exchange we offer:
Shared accommodation.
Meals Practical learning in handicraft techniques.
An active, convivial environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
Requirements:
Minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Medium-high level of Spanish (understand and express yourself fluently).
No smoking or alcohol consumption during the stay.
Highly motivated, creative and committed.
Before confirming your participation, we will make a video call to get to know each other, to make sure that there is affinity and that your profile fits with the current moment of the project.
