  I need one or two workaywayer this summer works in garden !

  I'm in transition now, I try (beginner ;-) to live self-sufficient in food in the Lot (46), 200 km north of Toulouse and 50 km from Brive la Gaillarde, in the Dordogne Valley.
  
  It is a small house on the countryside surrounded by 10 000m2 of arable land.
  The place is nice, in the Quercy cliffs feet and 200 m of the Dordogne.
  
  The house is an old tobacco barn, converted into a dwelling house. It is well insulated (this is important in our area in winter!), It has a living room on the ground floor and a bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs.
  
  
  Reducing our impact on the environment is a priority in my organization (phyto-purification, composting toilets, I hardly eat any meat) and I aim food autonomy within one or two years.
  
  The place is nice, close to the cliffs of Quercy and 200 m of the Dordogne.
  The hamlet is located 5 km from a village that has shops and 15 km from Souillac.
  
  I have 3 sheeps, 5 chickens, 2 cats, and a badger-home in the field !
  
  i can accommodat only one volontary
  
  I prefer to accommodate for a maximum period of one or two weeks for beginning ;-)
  
  
  En transition actuellement, je tente de vivre en autonomie alimentaire (je suis débutante, je n'y parviens pas encore...) dans le Lot (46), à 200 km au nord de Toulouse et 50 km de Brive la Gaillarde, dans la vallée de la Dordogne.
  C'est une petite maison dans la prairie entourée de 10 000m2 de terres cultivable.
  L'endroit est chouette, au pieds des falaises du Quercy et à 200 m de la Dordogne.
  
  La maison est un ancien séchoir à tabac, aménagé en maison d'habitation. Elle est bien isolée (c'est important en hiver dans notre région !), elle dispose d'un salon salle à manger au rez de chaussée et d'une salle de bain et 3 chambres à l'étage.
  
  La réduction de notre impact sur l'environnement est une priorité dans mon organisation (phyto-épuration, toilettes sèches, je ne mange pratiquement pas de viande) et je vise l'autonomie alimentaire à moyen terme...
  
  L'endroit est chouette, au pied des falaises du Quercy et à 200 m de la Dordogne.
  
  Le hameau se trouve à 5 km d'un village qui dispose de commerces et à 15 km de Souillac.
  nous avons des moutons, des poules et des chats et même une blaireautiere sur le terrain !
  
  Je peux accueillir un(e) volontaire qui disposera de sa chambre particulière ou de la caravane selon son désir.
  
  J'ai besoin d'aide pour
  
  - l'entretien du jardin (nettoyer le terrain, semer, planter...),
  - la transformation des produits selon la saison (confiture, conserves..)
  - la préparation des repas
  - le nettoyage des bocaux
  - le soin aux animaux (nettoyage du poulailler)
  
  Dans un premier temps; je préfère accueillir pour une durée d'une semaine maximum voire 15 jours.

  I often take the workawayers to the neighborhood to meet friends or peasants who have long settled here. This is very typical.
  
  J'emmène souvent les workawayers dans les environs rencontrer des amis ou des paysans installés depuis longtemps ici.

  Arbeit

  I would welcome volunteers to work together in the cultivation of land (on the model of agroecology) and DIY, but also help me with the design of the place.
  
  My other personal project is making art with upcycled materials so if you are interested in helping me with this : you're welcome !!!
  
  I'm also very interested by your experience about vegan cooking.
  
  I said i'm a smoker but not a lot and of course i don't if it is a problem for my hosters ....
  
  je souhaite accueillir des volontaires pour travailler ensemble à la culture des terres (sur le modèle de l'agro-écologie) et le bricolage, mais aussi m'aider à la conception du lieu.
  
  Je suis plasticienne à mes heures perdues (à partir de recyclage de palettes entre-autres) alors si vous voulez m'aider et apporter vos idées, vous êtes les bienvenu(e)s.
  
  Je suis très intéressée par votre expérience végan si vous en avez.

  Unterkunft

  During winter there is a room available for volunteers and when the weather permits it is more of a caravan for more mutual independence.
  The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared.
  
  L'hiver une chambre est à disposition des volontaires et lorsque le temps le permet il s'agit plutôt d'une caravane pour plus d'indépendance réciproque.
  La cuisine, le salon et la salle de bain sont partagées.

  I would like to make my place a place of sharing, empathy, culture and benevolence.
  
  I myself practiced woofing in its infancy in France it was ten years ago and I hope my turn to share with others ideas, expertise, knowledge and why not friendship!
  
  J'aimerai faire de la lieu un endroit de partage, d'empathie, de culture et de bienveillance.
  
  J'ai moi même pratiqué le woofing à ses débuts en France il a dix ans et j'espère à mon tour échanger avec d'autres personnes des idées, des savoir-faire, des connaissances et pourquoi pas de l'amitié !
