My other favourite was the garden shower under the most stunning starlit sky ✨ and its the best also for a quick cool down during a hot day🌞
If you love nature, countryside and tranquility its the best place. And Tarifa is wonderful and special also. A must see😃

Marie came over to look after my cat and dog while I was going away for a couple of weeks. We connected immediately on WhatsApp video and I knew I could trust her with my dog, cat, house and car from day one. We could only spend a day and a half together before I left, but she took everything on board and called me every time she needed more
… read more information or advice which was great, and Sammie and Kahlil responded very well to her too. She also kept me updated on how everybody was and sent me photos, which was very reassuring. I felt total peace of mind while away knowing Sammie and Kahlil were in good hands and that she could deal with anything that could happen with living in the countryside. On a personal level, from the little time we spent together, Marie is very easy going, relaxed, respectful, thoughtful (it was great coming back to a house full of flowers, thank you!), generous and caring. She's very interesting too with her experience and knowledge. The only regret is that we couldn't spend more time together! So Marie, you are very welcome back any time! I spent about two and a half week in January 2020 at Sandrines place looking after the cat and the dog (trying my best anyways :)) while Sandrine was in France. Due to a brake-in in my house before I should leave to Spain I had to postpone my trip a few days and could only spend 2 days with Sandrine before she left but we were in contact during
… read more her travels too. Sandrine is a warm and giving person and she explained evrything as it was found and were very understanding when I had to change the date of my flight. The animals are free playing together in this beautiful landscape where the house is: Dogs, cats, pigs, cows, goats. Theres a fence around the property to keep the cows outside the house not to lock them in :) Every sunset seen at the african horizon was amazing, the mornings are quiet except for the animals waking up. Its very much on the countryside stil just 10 min drive to the city. Tarifa is not seen as its best during January and February due to all shops and restaurants beeing closed but the nature and the beaches were beautiful the days were the sun came out. Khalil the dog has been rescued and am a bit of a street dog but so very kind and gentle, the cat Sammie is doing his best to upset Khalil as soon as he enters the house but it doesnt work very well. They have a strong love hate relationship :D As this was a house sitting not a classic workaway I dont have experience working with Sandrine but her being very flexible, a good listener, trusting me completely from day 1 and very generous as a person all categories I would love to come back another time during spring or autumn fora workaway as I think it would work great.
