She cooked up some very delicious food- I particularly enjoyed the mole (a Mexican sauce) and lentil soup :) Also, I can't forget to mention their lovely dogs, Rocco and Galan- full of energy and very entertaining/funny.

Tom stayed with us for good 2 weeks. It was a real pleasure working with Tom and having him around. I had a very relaxed and peaceful time with Georgina and Stephan. Their place provided a tranquil atmosphere, and the work was relaxed and stress-free. I helped Stephan with installing garage doors and plastering walls, and I also did some general tasks around the house. Stephan was easy to work with and flexible when needed (he also has a good

Surprisingly, while Europe experienced a heatwave, we had mostly cloudy and chilly days, however the few sunny days were beautiful and comfortable. I explored the area a bit on foot or by bicycle but it’s worth noting that the roads are quite steep so it is a little bit challenging. The nearest town with supermarkets and so on, is about 20 minutes driving away, but often Stephan or Georgina goes there and can bring whatever is needed.
As hosts, Georgina and Stephan were welcoming, they took me to the local market and to the local Friday evening gathering. I even joined them for a wonderful dinner with their friends. We usually ate lunch together where Georgina made delicious and creative food (best apricot pie!). Generally, Georgina is a very active and outgoing person with a lot of interests. Thanks for sharing a lot of inspiring knowledge about Mexican culture, food, plants and more!

Stephan and Georgina, are the ideal hosts, so hospitable, always offering the best. Their place is a paradise in the French Pyrenees, offering hikes and bike rides. The work is fun and entertaining. David spent 2 weeks with us in August. We experienced David as open minded, relaxed and hard working. He was great with our two dogs and we definitely enjoyed his cooking too! Overall we enjoyed very much having David around and would welcome him back to our home at any time.
Stephan and Georgina have been wonderful hosts. Unfortunatly we did not spend enough time together because they were gone for a week. And I wish I could have stay longer. I feel like I could have done more on their beautiful property as well. C'est la vie... They have 2 adorable dogs. I'm gonna miss them too.

We spent a lovely fortnight in the foothills of the Pyrenees with Georgina & Stephane. Stephane lead the way with most of the daily tasks. The accommodation was very comfortable, and we enjoyed mornings at the market in montréjeau, and Friday night frittes in Nistos.
The area is great for trekking, and we took full advantage of the many paths that lead to nearby mountains and villages.

Stephan's home is in the most beautiful location overlooking a rural valley in the pyrenees. He was a kind and generous host throughout my stay, ensuring that I knew I could be flexible with the work and also offering to drive me to a nearby area. … read more this as a summer home only. I weeded (a lot), cleaned the pond and swimming pool, moved bricks and other tasks.
Stephan had a selection of bikes inc. mountain and road bikes (w clip ins) which he very kindly allowed me to borrow. I was able to cycle to Lourdes (70km) and get the train back on my day off. I cycled up to Nistos ski station and there are lovely villages like st bertrand de comminges that aren't too far to cycle to. Otherwise the area is very rural and most of your free time would be relaxing and enjoying the views.
I had been under the impression that Georgina would be there, however when I arrived I found out that she was unfortunately still in America which was disappointing. I have to be honest and say the only downside was that Stephan's cooking wasn't always great (sorry!!) and I was sad to nave missed Georgina's cooking.
The accommation was a beautiful guesthouse which is usually rented out in summer.
Oh, and not to forget Galan, the amazing dog! Beautiful, needy, and loves playing ball - the perfect gardening companion.
