I'm a quiet person, calm and peacefull. I love smile, talking about deep topics, healthy life style and take care of me and the others.
I'm doing a deep inner work, trying to be better every day, cleaning my energy and trying to take decisions by love.
I love guide people to know themselves, thats my job, thats my passion. for that I use Bach Flowers, Human Design, Eneagram and my intuiton and sage.
I like do very simple life, similar to monks life, meditating, reading, contemplating and helping comunity.
Yoga, meditation, energy therapies and philosophy are my passions.
In my life I developed many diferent proyects, healing centres, design teams, meditation groups, meditation centre with thai monks... Actually Im guiding everyday a Zen meditation group online.
