Hello!
I'm Sarah. I'm from Leuven, a student city in Belgium.
I have been working as a educator in a child psychiatry for four years and as a child psychologist for one year. And now I feel that I am ready for an adventurous intermezzo! Every 4 to 5 years, I love to leave everything behind and do some travelling. I lived in the US (Boston and Palo Alto) with my family for two years when I was younger, there I learned how to adjust to different cultures. I was on Erasmus for a year in Bergen, Norway, the prefect place to go hiking and enjoy the mountains and nature. Four years ago, I went on a six-month travel to Australia and did my first workaway stays there. I really loved to meet new people and families and to feel home in a new house and country.
I love adventure, meeting people with a different background, doing outdoor sports and playing/listening to music.
I an looking forward to my six months travelling all over Europe with my campervan Rube!

I would love to practice my Spanish more. I think it is a really nice and interesting language. I did two years of online classes in Spanish but would love to talk to actual people in Spanish. :) I can teach Dutch since it is my mother tongue. I can teach English because I lived in the US for two years when I was younger, did an Erasmus in Norway where I spoke and took classes in English for one year and I did a six month stay in Australia four years ago.

It has been a great pleasure to have Sarah at home for a week, she helped me a lot as a volunteer, and she was a very pleasant company... so sorry it was the end of her trip and she had to go back home, I wished she could stay longer !
