I had such a great time staying with Margie, Terry and Mary! They made me feel at home and made sure I was having a good time. They also cooked a lovely dinner every night! Work was really only a couple of hours a day and could be done when it suited me. Would recommend!

Pascal and Anna helps us with a lot of little things around, was a pleasure have them here. They were sleeping in them cozy camper and enjoying with us also some local events and concert 😄

Katy,un and Julia were superb workaways and were an utter joy to host together. They worked hard and enthusiastically at all their chores -be it looking after and grooming the dogs and horses especially Circo and Barnaby.,pressure hosing the stables,gardening,painting the field shelters, cooking vegetatian meals etc.They were very kind and passionate to all the animals as well as being patient ,polite and sociable to everyone they met.Heidi will never forget you either. Thank you for all your help and heres to a fantastic future to you both. Maybe you will one day return to Brittany.

This was a last minute request by these workaways. Unfortunately this workaway did not really work for us. Deborah and Manon did not seem understand what was required of them or complete the work tasks requested. Manon did however try to do her share. I believe the issue may have been due to language barriers as we do not speak French and their English is basic. We do not ask for more than an hour or two of work each day and this did not happen as asked on this occasion.

I spent one month with Olga, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The work was simple and very manageable, about 4 hours a day, mainly consisting of tasks like cutting grass, watering plants, and helping with some small wall repairs. The rest of the time was free, so I often went for walks along the nearby riverside or just enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings :) There was no WiFi in the house, and internet access was limited, which actually turned out to be a great chance to disconnect from the modern world and slow down. It’s the perfect place for anyone wanting to enjoy nature and take a break from technology🛜 On weekends, I had the opportunity to stay at her second home in Torremolinos, which is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and about an hour by bus to Málaga. I had plenty of time to explore the area and enjoyed a lot both the countryside and the coast. Olga was incredibly kind and caring always making sure I had enough food, asking if I was eating well, and even giving me great tips for sightseeing or occasionally taking me out to restaurants. She honestly felt like my second mom lol During my stay, I also got to learn a lot about different food and culture. Olga is a very friendly, honest, and open person, and I’m really grateful for the time I spent with her! Muchas gracias y nos vemos , Olga!

Matilda is a delight to host. She is personable, willing to work and lovely to have around. Would welcome Matilda back anytime.

Staying with Lone was a truly genuine, lovely, and treasured time for me. I'm incredibly grateful that my first Workaway experience was with her. 😭 Lone offered more than just a place to stay — she opened up a whole new perspective on how to see the world. But it wasn’t something she taught — you simply learned by being around her. Her presence alone is something beautiful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart — I had an amazing time here. Highly recommend all capable and wonderful humans to go help out Lone! 😂🫶🏼

Fantastic couple! We loved having Tigist and Dallas stay as guests, and we would highly recommend them, as well as welcome them back into our home again. They helped out a great deal with the land and odd jobs around the place, and their attention to detail was excellent. We enjoyed their company over dinner, and enjoyed home made American style food too. They were terrific with our 7 year old, who cried for the first time because a traveller left!! (and we've had many). Great couple!

Adele and Elena were great guests! They did loads of weeding in their stay here, and we very much appreciated their attention to detail. They stayed when we had others join us, and the group dynamic was very friendly and easy. We highly recommend both girls and we would welcome them back anytime

Ellie was an absolute joy to have as a guest. She came solo, and we soon had three other travellers join us, with Ellie naturally leading the way around our place. The group dynamic was friendly and fun. Ellie is a standout gem, and we couldn't recommend her enough. Thoughtful, independent and a very clear thinker. She had much better ideas than we did when emptying an entire 4-bedroom house, and we were super grateful for it! We loved having Ellie, and we welcome her back anytime.

Our Workaway experience with Tom was fantastic! First off, Tom is a gregarious, fun host full of great stories and ideas. His communication skills are very clear and he goes out of his way to get to know you so he can make your stay joyful. We are a married couple that enjoys gardening and woodworking, so our skills were put to work in planning and planting the vegetable garden and in building an outdoor shower. It was an absolute joy to work on these projects together with Tom and the team he created with two other wonderful Workawayers. We appreciated the clear communication and superb coordination. In the 8 days we worked, we were able to complete a fully planted and seeded vegetable garden, and a ready-for-plumbing outdoor shower. Our team's hard work and climb up the steep hill to his house was rewarded with the most delicious meals every day! Tom's house is surrounded by many hiking trails leading into the beautiful mountains around Roquefixade. On days off we explored the nearby forests and farmlands, as well as the lively towns of Foix, Lavelanet and Mirepoix. Most afternoons were spent relaxing and being mesmerized by the most amazing view from the back deck. We've done Workaways all over the world, and this was definitely one of the best! If you're ready to work hard, be rewarded with delicious food and great company, we highly recommend Tom's! We look forward to returning one day soon, thanks for everything Tom!

Kathrin was a great guest to have in our home - super independent with great attention to detail. She joined us at a time when we had three other guests staying, and the group dynamic was friendly and fun. We had a massive one-off project of emptying an entire four-bedroom cottage, and Kathrin's help was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Kathrin and we would welcome her back anytime!

Thank you for your visit Cheng. Cheng was very polite and helpful around the house, helping in the garden, walking the dog, cooking, doing dishes, cleaning and conversation. He has a great sense of humour and good grasp of English. Enjoy the rest of your time in Australia.

Feedback in english and spanish: Versión en español abajo: English: I spent 3 weeks here and I am so greatful for the amazing time I had there! Silje and Diego are very welcoming, open minded and completely passionate about making the bosque an even more beautiful place, with its waterfall, tree house, clay houses, the community area, the spider tree net and a lot more. We shared a lot of time together as a community with Diego, Silje and the volunteers, cooked over the fire, made bonfires and sang, made acro yoga and relaxed. The work was 3 hours per day and I mainly helped building the stairs. I really enjoyed the work as well as the free time and the small works as cooking in between. Thank you for everything and I hope I can come back one day :) Spanish: Pasé 3 semanas aquí y estoy muy agradecida por el tiempo hermoso que tenía allá! Silje y Diego son muy personas abiertas y siempre me sentí muy bien acogida. Son muy apasionados, especialmente en cuanto a contruir y desarrollar el bosque para convertirlo en un lugar aún más hermoso - crearon las casas de barro, el espacio comunitario, la tele araña y mucho más. Hemos pasado mucho tiempo juntos en el grupo, con Diego, Silje y los voluntarios, cocinando a leña, haciendo fogatas y acroyoga o simplemente relajándonos. Trabajábamos 3 horas diarias y yo ayudé sobre todo con la construcción de la escalera. Disfruté tanto del trabajo como del tiempo libre y también de los trabajos pequeños entre si como la preparación de la comida. Muchas gracias por todo y espero que pueda regresar algún día!

Saray was a great help around the house and was always happy and positive - the dogs adored her and loved their long walks and attention - especially Bella! I would recommend her to any future Workaway project and wish her all the best in her new university life.

Corey and Sarah were terrific. They joined us when we had two other guests staying, and the group dynamic was great. We had a massive one-off project of emptying an entire four-bedroom cottage, and their help was greatly appreciated!! Our son particularly loved hanging out with this group, and we were lucky he got to engage so much with them. Lucas is an amazing helper. He is polite, well mannered and respectful, he never stopped working and took on all mater of tasks without complaint. He his well-organized, sensible and efficient and can be entirely trusted to get on with all manner of tasks without supervision It was a pleasure to host him. We were sorry to see him go and would welcome him back anytime

Kristella, her son and her neighbour are so welcoming, nice and kind. It was the authentic workaway experience for us. They spend time with you, sharing a part of their lives, thoughts, meals, experiences. The accomodation was great, super comfortable and the job was also great cause we got the chance to do some gardening during spring time which is awesome in Møn; it's therapeutic. Malou was here for a week and helped me a lot. The collaboration was really pleasant and effective. We had good conversations and I was pleased that she was able to adapt so easily to the conditions here. For example, it was quite cold and she had no problems sleeping in a tent. She was also able to enjoy the vegetarian cuisine. In any case, I wish her all the best for her future workaway experiences and can only recommend inviting Malou.

Just left the houses where I had a great time. Michael is easy going, flexible and helpfull, the organisation was smooth. The other volunteers were such lovely souls. The houses are beautiful. I could use some extra monitor for my personal work which was great and practical. Michael's car is free to use which is really convenient and practical I could work on the kitchen restoration in a autonomous, free way, being also helped by Mischa. We were quite happy of the result! If I had no other plans I would have stayed longer!
