  Wir sind eine Lebensgemeinschaft am mit derzeit ca. 26 Erwachsenen und ca. 14 Kindern.
  Wir sind dabei einen Lebens-, Entfaltungs- und Wirkungsraum zu schaffen für ein zukunftsfähiges, nachhaltiges und heilsames Miteinander von Menschen, Tieren und Pflanzen.
  Geplant und teilweise schon umgesetzt sind Wohnräume für bis zu 80-100 Menschen, Seminarbetrieb (seit 2022), Spielgruppe für -6jährige (seit 2021), Freie Gemeinschaftsschule (seit 2018), alternatives Heilhaus, freie Ateliers, Kleinbetriebe, BioGärtnerei, Permakultur und mehr. Das ehemalige Kinder- und Jugenddorf Am in Beichlingen bietet auf etwa zehn Hektar Land mit vielen verschiedenen Gebäuden in zum Teil sehr gutem Zustand, vielen Freiflächen, wundervollen alten Bäumen, einem Café, einem ehemaligen Waldschwimmbad und vielem mehr eine reiche Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten in einer zauberhaften Naturkulisse. Umgeben von Wald und Feldern.
  
  Unsere Priorität liegt auf dem Bewusst-Sein und dem Miteinander-Wachsen.
  Das heißt, für uns sind Selbstverantwortung, Ehrlichkeit, Transparenz und Achtsamkeit ebenso wichtig wie Freude, Stille, Lachen und Weinen und alles, was das Herz berührt. Wir legen großen Wert auf individuelle und kollektive Potenzialentfaltung und unterstützen uns in unserem Entwicklungs-, Beziehungs- und Gemeinschaftsbildungsprozess.
  
  Unsere Gärten sind noch im Aufbau und werden nach Permakulturmaßstäben angelegt.
  An Tieren befinden sich derzeit eine schöne bunte Herde aus Schafen, ein paar Katzen, Kaninchen und 2 Hunde auf dem Platz.
  Wir sind ein rauch-, alkohol- und drogenfreier Platz. Wir suchen zukunftsweisende Wege zu nachhaltigen Formen der Fülle in allen Lebensbereichen, beispielsweise bei Bildung, Ernährung, Bauweise und Ähnlichem.
  
  Wenn du bei uns landest, dann hast du die Möglichkeit in viele verschiedenen Bereichen mitzuhelfen, je nachdem an welchen Baustellen wir gerade dran sind. Es gibt immer viel zu tun und du kannst dich mit deinen Kompetenzen und Möglichkeiten daran beteiligen. Siehe weiter unten.

  We are a living community with currently around 26 adults and around 14 children.
  We are in the process of creating a space for living, development and activity for a future-proof, sustainable and healing coexistence of people, animals and plants.
  Planned and partially already implemented are living spaces for up to 80-100 people, seminars (since 2022), playgroup for -6 year olds (since 2021), independent community school (since 2018), alternative healing house, independent studios, small businesses, organic gardening, permaculture and more . The former children's and youth village Am in Beichlingen offers a wide variety of possibilities in a magical setting on around ten hectares of land with many different buildings, some of them in very good condition, lots of open spaces, wonderful old trees, a café, a former forest swimming pool and much more Natural scenery.   Our priority is awareness and growing together.
  This means that for us, personal responsibility, honesty, transparency and mindfulness are just as important as joy, silence, laughter and tears and everything that touches the heart. We attach great importance to individual and collective development of potential and support each other in our development, relationship and community building process.
  
  Our gardens are still under construction and will be created according to permaculture standards.
  There is currently a beautiful, colorful herd of sheep, a few cats, rabbits and 2 dogs on the site.
  We are a smoke-free, alcohol-free and drug-free place. We are looking for future-oriented ways to achieve sustainable forms of abundance in all areas of life, for example in education, nutrition, construction and the like.
  
  If you end up with us, you will have the opportunity to help out in many different areas, depending on which construction sites we are currently working on. There is always a lot to do and you can contribute with your skills and possibilities. See below.

  Bei deinem Aufenthalt in unserer Lebensgemeinschaft bekommst du vor allem einen Einblick wie Gemeinschaft funktioniert und welche Bereicherung dieses neue WIR für dein Leben haben kann. Wir forschen hier u.a. zu den Themen wie wir einen Lebenslernort für Groß und Klein aufbauen können und uns dabei immer mehr verstehen, lieben und schätzen lernen und vor allem an dem Thema, wie wir bestmöglichst unsere Kinder in eine neue Zukunft begleiten können. Durch die Vielfalt an Potentialen kannst du eine Menge neuer Dinge lernen bzw. mal reinschnuppern. Vor allem aber wirst du dich selbst besser kennenlernen und je nach Bereitschaft auch in der Tiefe besser verstehen und lieben lernen.

  Es braucht alles : Hände, die mit anfassen, Köpfe, die mitdenken und Herzen, die mit brennen.
  
  Gestaltung der Gästezimmer und Seminarräume (Seminarbetrieb)
  Hausmeistertätigkeiten, Sanitär, Elektrik
  Bauarbeiten an den Gebäuden (Wohnraum Ausbau, Brandschutz, Dächer, neue Fenster...)

  Manchmal Kinderbetreuung unserer Kleinsten
  Kreative Gestaltung

  Wichtig zu wissen: Wir bemühen uns um ein klares geselliges Miteinander, um gemeinschaftliche Zeiten und eine gute Einweisung und Alltagsbegleitung. Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sollte kein Problem sein, ist sehr gewünscht und wird gefördert.
  Ihr bekommt für die Zeit die ihr hier seid eine(n) Paten/Patin an die Seite und könnt an fast allem gemeinschaftlichen Miteinander teilhaben.
  
  Wir können nur auf Absprache Englischsprachige Menschen aufnehmen. Ansonsten wünschen wir uns Helfer, die einigermaßen gut DEUTSCH SPRECHEN und VERSTEHEN!!

  We can only accommodate English speakers by arrangement. Otherwise, we would like helpers who SPEAK and UNDERSTAND GERMAN reasonably well!!

  Während deiner Zeit wohnst du in einem eigenen Zimmer mit Bad in unserem Helferbungalow. Wenn noch mehr Helfer gleichzeitig da sind, eventuell auch in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer. Zelten und unterm Sternenhimmel schlafen ist auch möglich :-) Zelte und Isomatten hätten wir auszuleihen.
  In der Helferküche kannst du dir Mahlzeiten zubereiten, ansonsten wirst du in unserer Gemeinschaftsküche unter der Woche Mittags bekocht.
  Wir kochen Bio- vegetarisch und immer mit veganen Varianten. Der nächste Laden ist in einem Nachbardorf, da fährt ein Bus hin oder einer von uns nimmt dich mit dem Auto mit. Ansonsten werden wir von einem Bio Großhändler versorgt. Bei uns am Platz kann man in einem kleinen Laden Extras, Hygieneartikel, Süßes, Leckereien und Säfte kaufen.

  During your time you live in your own room with a bathroom in our helper bungalow. If more helpers are there at the same time, possibly also in a common room. Camping and sleeping under the starry sky is also possible :-) We have tents and sleeping mats to borrow.
  You can prepare meals in the helper's kitchen, otherwise you will be cooked in our communal kitchen during the weekdays.
  We cook organic vegetarian and always with vegan variants. The nearest shop is in a neighboring village, a bus goes there or one of us will take you in the car. Otherwise we are supplied by an organic wholesaler. In our place you can buy sweets, delicacies and juices in a small shop.

  Wir wünschen uns Menschen die auch mal selbständig arbeiten können, sich gemeinschaftstauglich einschätzen, welche gut für sich sorgen können und Freude an der Vielfalt an Aufgaben haben.
  Wir sind offen für jedes Alter und jede Konfession (solange sie unsere Werte respektieren).
  Tiere können wir nur auf Anfrage aufnehmen. Im Moment aber eher nicht.
  
  Im Sommer kannst du zu einem der Seen fahren. Hinter dem Gelände beginnt ein großes Waldstück und eine wunderschöne Kirschbaumwiese zum wandern und verweilen.
  Größere Städte in der Nähe sind Erfurt und Weimar. Nähere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Sömmerda und Kölleda.
  
  Wir können nur auf Absprache Englischsprachige Menschen aufnehmen. Ansonsten wünschen wir uns Helfer, die wenigstens EIN BISSCHEN DEUTSCH SPRECHEN und VERSTEHEN!!

  In summer you can go to one of the lakes. Behind the site there is a large area of ​​forest and a beautiful cherry tree meadow for hiking and relaxing.
  Larger cities nearby are Erfurt and Weimar. There are closer shopping opportunities in Sömmerda and Kölleda.
  
  We can only accommodate English speakers by arrangement. Otherwise, we would like helpers who SPEAK and UNDERSTAND at least A BIT OF GERMAN!!

  Wir haben einen Co Working Space im Gemeinschaftshaus zur Verwendung und in der Unterkunft der Helfer einen direkten Internet Zugang über WLAN und Kabel mit sehr gutem Internet zur Nutzung im eigenen Zimmer. ----------------------------------------------------------- We have a co-working space in the community house for the helpers to use and in the accommodation of the helpers direct internet access via WiFi and cable with very good internet for use in their own rooms.
