Ciao a tutti!

Sono Riccardo e sono nato e cresciuto in Sardegna, una fantastica isola nel mezzo del Mar Mediterraneo.
Quest’isola mi ha donato una profonda connessione ed amore per la natura, specialmente per il suo elemento acqua. Al tempo stesso il vivere in un’isola ha fatto nascere in me una profonda necessità di andare a vedere e scoprire cosa c’è aldilà del mare, così da circa dieci anni – dalla mia prima esperienza in Turchia per motivi di studio – vado e torno dal luogo che considero casa. Ho vissuto tra Nepal ed India e svolgendo attività di volontariato, raggiunto Samarcanda (Uzbekistan) a bordo di una Ford Focus, svolto attività di associazionismo in Sardegna con il fine di progettare ed organizzare Festival ed eventi culturali, ho vissuto in Malawi “the warm heart of Africa” per quasi un anno.
Mi reputo una persona socievole e curiosa, amante delle relazioni sane e sincere con gli altri esseri umani. Amo le attività all’aria aperta, la fotografia ed il viaggiare, amo la musica e la scrittura, sono un ottimista, credo e lotto nel mio piccolo per un mondo migliore.
Ho esperienza in agricoltura sinergica e più in generale in agricoltura, posso comunicare in italiano e spagnolo, oltre che inglese, al tempo stesso mi piacerebbe imparare una nuova lingua, ritengo che la conoscenza di una nuova lingua possa aprire l’individuo verso nuove dinamiche e conoscere al meglio un popolo e la propria cultura.
In questo periodo della mia vita ho appena concluso i miei studi (ho una laurea magistrale in gestione dei flussi migratori) e il mio sogno a breve termine sarebbe quello di poter riuscire a tornare nel continente Africano, nel mentre ho un po' di tempo libero e mi piacerebbe - con le mie idee e con il mio spirito – aiutare qualche sognatore nella realizzazione del proprio progetto.
Spero che il nostro cammino possa incrociarsi presto.

Hello everyone!!!

I am Riccardo and I was born and raised in Sardinia, a fantastic island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.
This island has given me a deep connection and love for nature, especially its water element. At the same time, living on an island has given me a deep need to go and see and discover what lies beyond the sea, so for about ten years - since my first experience in Turkey for study - I have been going to and returning from the place I consider home. I have lived between Nepal and India and doing volunteer work, reached Samarkand (Uzbekistan) aboard a Ford Focus, done association work in Sardinia with the purpose of planning and organizing festivals and cultural events, lived in Malawi "the warm heart of Africa" for almost a year.
I consider myself a sociable and curious person, a lover of healthy and sincere relationships with other human beings. I love outdoor activities, photography, and traveling, I love music and writing, I am an optimist, and I believe and fight in my small way for a better world.
I have experience in synergistic farming and more generally in agriculture, I can communicate in Italian and Spanish, as well as English, at the same time I would like to learn a new language, I believe that the knowledge of a new language can open the individual to new dynamics and get to know better a people and their culture.
At this time in my life, I have just finished my studies (I have a master's degree in management of migration flows) and my short-term dream would be to be able to return to the African continent, in the meantime I have some free time and I would like - with my ideas and spirit - to help some dreamers in the realization of their project.
I hope our paths can cross taken.

Both my work/life/university experiences have helped me developing my abilities in problem-solving, communication and language learning. I have worked in many different fields (such as ponyexpress, lifeguard, barman, waiter, rental office, swimming trainer) and these jobs have contributed to make me a very flexible, adaptable and open-minded person. I feel comfortable both working in a team or alone, since I am extremely friendly and easygoing.
I am also a trained person since I have always done sports such as swimming, box, crossfit, basket, football; and some of them make me used to hard challenges and to overcome my limits :hiking, tracking and surf.
I like cooking and I'd like to export abroad , tastes and flavours of my country but especially from Sardinian cousine.
I feel comfortable working with computers; I have good knowledge of Office programs, Internet and managing of emails.

I am a big fan of outdoor sports, at this time I am learning to surf and I love bouldering and climbing. I play chess and love to read and take street photography. I can teach how to use a digital camera
