Hello! My name is Mya, and I am a 25 year old Guelph, Ontario native, living in Montreal, Québec, Canada.
Currently, I am in Costa Rica escaping the cold.

I love travelling, being creative, making connections with new and different people, working with my hands, and being outside.

I love the hospitality industry and have worked in restaurants my whole life. I have many years experience hosting, serving, bartending and dishwashing.
I love the idea of meeting new people and making them feel welcome and taken care of.

In 2023, I completed the Camino de Santiago. An ancient pilgrimage stretching 780 kilometres across Spain.
This was a beautiful experience that solidified my confidence in
my ability to adapt and overcome challenges, while maintaining
a positive energy for myself and those around me.

I am absolutely thrilled to be applying to workaways, and I hope you see me fit.
