Hello, I am Emily and I like to ask people what makes them feel alive :) another current passion of mine is street photography.
Connection to nature and connection to people is what I hope to experience with workaway. Every piece of land, every living being has its own story to tell - I would like to hear yours and become part of it for a little while.

I am open to help out with whatever is needed :)
I love plants and gardening and I am definitely not afraid of getting my hands dirty. I was a scout as a child, learned to be curious about nature and how to respectfully spend time there 🌲
My first volunteer experience was in 2018, when I spent one year in Auckland as a volunteer for special needs people. I lived and worked with them: doing cooking, householding, listening, helping with personal hygiene, giving reading lessons and going to Zumba together or to the animal shelter to help out there.
I learned a lot there, most importantly to be independent and to try new things. Just as well, I am eager to learn new things with you and grow my knowledge!
