Hello dear one,

I'm Marilou, a soul full of curiosity, ambition, passion, with a deep desire to serve a higher purpose!

I have explored many countries around the world, searching for who I am.
I can't wait for my next adventure and having the opportunity to expand, share my skills, put my high energy and devotion to serve you and this beautiful Earth.

I always put all my heart into what I do.
I love learning, discovering new cultures, meeting new people, nature & animals, spirituality and so much more...

For the past 6 years, I have been deepening my knowledge about holistic health and the power of energy. Some of my daily rituals include Pilates, Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Journaling, herbal teas...
I just finished a 160h holistic Yoga and Sound Healing training and would love to share with you everything I learned!

My unique background blends premium customer service, wellness expertise, creative and marketing support, shaped by:

- 1 year working in Japan’s high-standard hospitality & retail service
-2 years working as a private French & English teacher
- 3+ years facilitating healing sessions & embodiment practices
(Body Code, Quantum Flow, Breathwork)
- Experience supporting women’s healing retreat
- 6+ years in graphic design, branding & social media management
- 4+ years of entrepreneurial experience (co-created a French online program, a Japanese sustainable denim fashion brand, and now I work as an energy healer)

I lived in the UK as an au pair, looking after young children and did some babysitting in Japan. I think children are the greatest teachers...

Also, I was raised with always many animals around. I have a lot of experience looking after furry companions. I absolutely love caring for them. Being with animals makes me so happy.

As an artist at Heart, I love painting, singing, dancing, and creating new things (especially with my hands).

I have a playful energy, yet I am pretty hardworking and organised. (Balance of Yin & Yang)

I lived in: Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the UK, Mexico and travelled in Europe and in many parts of France.

As mentioned before, I have many various skills:

1) GRAPHIC DESIGN - Graphic designer, Web designer, Illustrator
I have a master's degree in graphic design.
I do both print (books, flyers, posters, stickers, personalized goodies, illustration...) and web design (websites, landing pages, motion design).
I also have expertise in branding, creating companies visual chart (logos, pictograms, typography, colors...), preserving coherence & consistency across all platforms & mediums.

I did many internships, including one with the famous French fashion brand "La Redoute", and worked for 6 years as a graphic designer in freelance.

2) ONLINE MARKETING - Social media manager, Entrepreneur, Marketer
I have co-created a French/Japanese fashion brand and launched an online course teaching the most efficient ways to learn languages and especially French.
I also worked  as a social media manager for an American Business coach.

Through these experiences, among others, and different online courses, I learned how to promote offers online, using specific funnels, email sequences, content creation, opt-ins and of course AI.

I can help you with your social media (more specifically YouTube and Instagram) and with the management of your community (on Facebook or other platforms).
I love content creation, taking photographs and videos.

3) EDUCATION - Language teacher
I worked for a year in Japan as a private French & English teacher and currently give French classes.
As mentioned before, I also co-created an online course to help French learners reach an advanced level, so I can also help with language learning.

4) FOOD  - Waitress
In Japan I worked as a waitress for a few months at two different high-end restaurants in Ginza & Ebisu. I loved the contact with the customers.

5) FASHION - Seller
In Japan I also worked for a few months as a seller in a clothing shop in Harakuju.

6) PET & HOUSE SITTER
I have been looking after my family, neighbors, and friends' furry companions since I am very little and also have a lot of experience taking care of hosts' homes, assisting with cleaning, tidying up, laundry, gardening...

7) ENERGY HEALING
Besides, I have also been exploring Energy healing work and the self-development world for the past 6 years.

*Quantum Flow is a method that merges Breathwork, body movements and inner work to help you embody your highest potential.
