Hi, my name is Elise :)

I am travelling around europe with my van !

My goal is to learn how to farm (especially with permaculture) because I want someday to have my own farm and restaurant ! But for now I want to explore around and learn through people experiences. I'm very interested in alternative way of living, and self sustainable communities.

I have done a lot of different jobs and lived in different places, so I know a little bit about a lot of things, I don't really have a speciality haha... or maybe my speciality is to adapt myself !

I've been working in several positions for structures like associations, shops, workshops amusement parks, restaurants, fastfoods, foodtruck, schools and companies where I acquired skills such as :

- hosting and relational skills : welcoming, guiding, helping and informing the public/clients

- event coordination : organising, handeling the logistic, building the set-up, hosting and animation of cultural and artistic workshops or events

- creative skills : designing, modelling and sewing clothes, drawing, painting, photography and makeup

- cooking, custommer care, service

- administrative work : reception, switchboard service, mail reception, management of rooms and secretariat

- sales : advising clients, promoting products and taking payments

- cleaning, handiwork, material handeling
