Hi! I'm Briar, a 28 year old from New Zealand. I've spent the last two years during in the pandemic in Scotland in all sorts of places.

I grew up on a lifestyle block in Auckland with sheep, horses, chickens and dogs. I have a masters degree in conflict and terrorism studies from the University of Auckland, and am more than happy to discuss the implications of killer robots over a G'n'T if you would like. I love animals and am an easy, outgoing and hard working person.

My specific skills include a full class 1 (new Zealand) drivers license, excellent word, powerpoint, mailchimp and research skills, adequate excel skills, a graduate degree in politics and history and a masters degree in conflict and terrorism studies.

Having grown up on a life style block I have decades experience looking after and tending animals, specifically sheep, horses, dogs and chickens. Earlier in 2019 I spent a month volunteering at a vaulting club taking care of horses, mucking out, feeding, cleaning, tacking up and exercising horses. I was also a professional dog walker, walking up to 15 dogs at one time in off-leash, rural environments.

I have several years experience working as an administrator for a charitable trust. In this capacity I applied for grants, provided transcription services, editing, administration services. While at university I volunteered for a NGO charity, heading the fundraising division.
