Hey there, my name is Andrea Cristina and I am on a quest to learn more skills and share with others! I have lived on farms and experienced community living many times throughout the past decade. I love being of service to others, gathering to share, learning together and creating memories full of laughs and adventure.
I grew up in between the jungle city and beaches of El Salvador and Guatemala, and now I reside in Lake Tahoe Ca.
Being passionate about sustainability has brought me to search for a living situation in which i can be of more service to the land while gardening and harvesting the food I will eat. Permaculture principles have been on my mind for years i would love to join you, help you and learn from you!
I hope to come and share some of my skills, while learning from hosts.
I have experience with event planning, sanding wood, wood burning art,house painting and staining, weeding and planting, house cleaning, research and analysis, hotels, logistics, and childcare. I myself learn quickly and am eager to learn more about construction methods, permaculture, animal care, environmental work, nonprofit work, forest care and restoration, herbalism, ecology, farming and how other people live!

As an outdoor educator I use positive guidance strategies for emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and problem solving solutions.
I have experience planting trees.
Cpr/epi pen/ wilderness first responder cert
Hotel receptionist
Barista
Bartender
Au pair/nanny and teacher
Digital designer (logos, flyers, website lay out)
Administrative duties, I helped set up rooms, and gift shop inventory on the back end of a software for a hotel among other administrative duties (appointments, emails, logistics, multiple phone lines).
House keeping/cleaning.
Event planning (parties, weddings, bachelorettes, picnics).
Summer camp program coordinating.
Landscape/garden work: yard cleanups, planting trees, repotting plants, large industrial weed farms.
Yoga teacher learning ayurveda.
Professional house painting.
Teaching snowboarding at a high volume resort. (Managing extreme weather and customer service)
Fluent in spanish, learning some french and Italian.
Basic digital designs with adobe illustrator.
Backpacking skills and planning.
Beginner herbalist.
Have done some landscape work in the past and worked on some large gardens.

I have been drawing and painting since I was a toddler and I have also sold art throughout my life.
I learn with my hands and can learn anything I set my mind to!
Im really interested in learning carpentry skills, and farming.

I have a very good furry boy named Zeus.
He is well behaved and curious and will always stay leashed and with me or in his space (car, room, etc). He is potty trained, 6 year old and loves to play and go on long walks.
