Hi, I’m Ana, a 37-year-old Brazilian with a diverse background in corporate roles and academic studies. For the past 10 years, I've lived abroad, focused on self-development, holistic living, and practical skills. I'm passionate about exploring the world`s endless combinations of nature, people and possibilities that there are to discover.

Last summer, I volunteered in Spain, which deepened my passion for cultural exchange and hands-on learning. Now, I’m excited to continue this journey in Ireland. I love connecting with people from different backgrounds and believe the best learning happens through shared experiences.

I have skills in farming, gardening, sustainable living, food preparation (bread-making, fermentation, preservation, jams), construction, DIY projects, housekeeping, and hospitality. I also enjoy learning from the elderly, valuing their wisdom and traditions. My goal is to live more in tune with nature, embracing a lifestyle focused on happiness, wellness, and a holistic diet.

I’m eager to contribute my time and energy while fully immersing myself in local life. More than just helping, I want to exchange knowledge and grow alongside my hosts.

To afford my studies abroad, I have worked professionally as a cleaner, housekeeper, waitress, bartender, and barista in various settings.

Through my volunteering experiences on organic farms, I have gained skills in building and construction (fences, polytunnels, roofs, shelves, paths, DIY, etc.), as well as sowing, planting, harvesting, weeding, and digging. I also enjoy cooking and am a pet lover.

I am a good communicator, empathetic, and a lifelong learner—always ready to listen and help wherever needed. Lately, I have been exploring meditation techniques, particularly breathwork (Pranayama and the Wim Hof method).
