We are two easy going, ocean loving and adventurous people. We love the outdoors and are both interested in conservation and creative projects. Our main shared passion is surfing and nature. We live off grid and sustainable lives in Cornwall and would love to continue doing this in another country.

Tom recently finished a Masters degree in Green Sustainable Building, he is new to Workaway but last year he worked in France as a Chalet Host, cooking, cleaning and looking after a 10 person chalet. He has also worked as a host, carpenter and gardener for a wellness retreat in Cornwall. He studied French and Spanish at university, and lived in Spain for a year teaching English in a school.

Bella has previously done a Workaway in Sri Lanka where she worked as a photographer for an established surf hostel. She has worked in many different industries, including a conservation charity (Surfers against Sewage) and many creative agencies. She is now a freelance photographer, filmmaker and editor of a magazine.

Que habilidades tienes?

Tom - Language skills, I've had one year experience teaching English to students from ages 7-18. I speak an intermediate level of French and Spanish and I'm very keen to practice and improve these. Great hands on skills, basic experience with woodwork and other tools. I also have creative woodwork skills, I like to make body-surfing hand planes out of old skateboards. Great cooking skills, I have experience cooking 3 course meals for up to 10 people in a chalet in the French alps.

Adore animals, Bella is a little obsessed with dogs.
We are also used to living in a 5 bed shared house together, so are a very sociable couple.
