Hi! I rediscovered my account and was really suprised how much I actually managed so heres my updated list for the first year I got workaway:

My Bucket list for year 2023:
✅ Visit Amsterdam
✅ Pass the Language Entry Test at ZHAW (German, English and Spanish)
✅ Get a job as Bartender (in a big, spanish speaking city)*
✅ Go diving!!

*didnt actually manage to get a job in Spain, but I did get a job in Basel, my hometown.

My Bucket List for this year:
- Finally get my Bachelors Degree!
- Go to Morocco and flex with my arabic and french skills
- just enjoy life and have some grand travel experiences once again :)

Things I've achieved during my previous gap year:

- I got my PADI Divemaster certificate after a 5 month Internship in the Dominican Republic
- I've had my first Sailing experience on an Outbound 46 from DR through the Bahamas to Florida and Panama (almost 2 months)
- I got some Bartending Skills at Sandoase at the Dreiländereck in Basel
- All the little life skills you get by travelling alone around the DR and Panama

I am generally good with languages and a crafty person, just tell me what needs to be done and I'm sure we can figure something out!

Knitting, crocheting... if you need a patch sewn on in a creative way I'm your Grandma.
Some basic gardening knowledge. I promise to regrow any plant I might accidentally kill.
