I am a seriously skilled compassionate communicator; situational servant leader; great follower; supportive team player, and; competent ado'er. You would find my work-product quality and love of learning, people, community, and the non-human natural world- the animals and our planet- to be second to none.

I think “one getting started is better than fourteen getting readies!” As a resource, you can count on my presence of mind, broad knowledge base, emotional smarts, impressive set of hard and soft skills, as well as, the ability and commitment to tackle any task or project with competence. Needless to say, you will always be able to unequivocally rely on me to be a thoughtful, thorough, and trusted ally in all that I do with or for you.

The middle kid of a hybrid blended family of 7 kids, I grew up with my 3 older sisters, 2 younger brothers and a youngest sister in 4 different Asian and European countries, thanks to my dad’s career. Needless to say, it’s natural for me to appreciate and value all cultures, religions, and people of the world, as well as, each side of the differing opinion in any conflict or controversy.

An enthusiastic lifelong learner, I am trained/credentialed/experienced in as diverse of fields as engineering, economics and business, behavioral sciences, and emergency, as well as, mind-body medicine. So, if you have any construction or systems design and build projects, or need a skilled helper in rough and fine carpentry or cabinet making, solar, hydro, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or masonry projects, repair and maintenance, or need someone who can best support you through a difficult transition or coach and mentor your children, family, or community members to significant measurable improvements in their behavior and outcomes; all you’d have to do is ask.

After a top level career in organizational health and leadership development and performance coaching, I lost my home to the catastrophic Palisades fire of Jan 2025. I learned to find peace and gratitude in the freedom that the loss uniquely afforded me to finally move away from the big, polluted, and psychologically overwhelming urban centers to seek a more meaningful, healthy, and simpler life in a rural or off-grid nature-rich environment.

Within the next 2 years, I plan to acquire and develop or alternatively join an existing, naturally endowed and spiritually enlightening, retreat center in order to help facilitate nature-based therapies (applied echopsychology) for the benefit of those people in our workforce who are chronically overwhelmed and dis-eased by daily distress.

I am so excited for this great new opportunity that is now afforded me to learn from those of you who are light years ahead in reconciling with nature and leading a rewarding, conscious, life as the stewards of the land on which you live and raise and support your family and community at large with sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices.

I am in search of a fitting place in a lush green space, the forest, or a rural environment; to further develop my nature-based therapeutic practice while also materially supporting my host and their needs.

I have superior skills in Mind-Body/Energy Medicine, solutogenic and energy medicine, active/deep empathic listening and compassionate communication. I am very adept at supporting others through difficult transitions to crystal clarity, performance, spiritual evolution, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-realization. I am a positive and enabling influence, a tai chi master, and lifetime learner and athlete. I am usually very positive and grateful, and love giving more than receiving.

I love my compassionate heart and work-product quality, as much as I do all forms of learning, collaboration, poetry, music, playing percussion instruments, skiing, internal energy systems like tai chi, gigoing, and bagua, hiking, swimming, sailing, racket sports, particularly pickleball and tennis, as well as, writing, reading, facilitating groups, riding, creating, building, forest bathing, meditating, and helping others to thrive and flourish- around me.
