Hello,
I'm Sarah, a 34 year old French woman. I worked as a consultant, a language explorer, a tourist guide and organized writing workshops in Paris. Just before travelling to Denmark, I worked in a psychiatric hospital, helping young adultes on their professional path. I followed part of my studies in Grenoble (France), Salamanca (Spain) and in Copenhagen (Denmark).
Since April 2024, I am doing volunteering work in Scandinavia, especially in farms:
- Picking up vegetables (tomatoes, chillies, peppers, zucchinis etc.) in greenhouses and field
- Feeding boars and poultry, butchering ducks, triming the hedges, scattering straw, collecting eggs
- Taking care of Shetland ponies, cutting and stacking wood, weeding and helping in the forest-garden
I also worked with children and for culturel events
- Organizing playful activities and daily help for the kids
- Helping artists setting up and packing shows, assisting the wandering atcs through the city, helping out in the festival kitchen (Passage Festival in Helsingør,Denmark).
I'm used to travelling and discovering new territories and human beings.
Poetry, meditation and theater are part of my daily life.
