I consider myself an active person, both physically and intellectually. Like many people, I enjoy a lot travelling and engaging with people from other cultures and different backgrounds.
I lead a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, very rarely drinking, doing sports regularly and keeping a socially active life), and currently I'm living in a big city (Madrid, capital of Spain), but my goal in the long term is to live in a house in the countryside, with animals and an orchard to plant vegetables and fruits for own consumption.

5 years ago I went with a friend to a farm in northern Spain, where we helped with the orchard of the family (removing weeds, watering the plants, harvesting, fumigating...), with the cattle (it was a cow farm) and with the general maintenance of the place (painting walls, collecting wood for the winter, cooking, cleaning, etc.).
Aside from that, I studied law and business administration, so I have general knowledge about those subjects. Also, I speak fluently Spanish (obviously) and English, and I can understand and speak a bit of French.

My main hobbies are reading, trekking, swimming, cycling and, last but not least, cooking. I mainly cook Mediterranean recipes (Spanish and Italian, mostly), and I'd love to learn about the cuisine of other cultures.
