My skills and interests are: meditation, vegan cooking, Henna and body art, painting, carpentry, gardening, singing and songwriting, yoga and dancing.
At home in alpine Bavaria, Germany, I run drama and coaching workshops and organise network events for visionary people and projects. Over the last few years I also built up an organic vegan cooking service for seminars.
I am a fun loving, dynamic woman who feels younger than her 56 years albeit loving the experience of all of it .
Languages I speak are English, German and Spanish as well as some French.

Cooking - I often cook for seminars and retreats as a vegan chef and love to create delicious, pretty and healthy meals.
Carpentry and handy work - I enjoy working with (power) tools as I have some experience in building.
Art and creativity - I have been working as a professional body painter and Henna artist for over 20 years
Workshops - since my early 20s I have been guiding meditation and creative workshops. Merging drama and coaching techniques for "Vision Theatre" is one example.
