Hey Hey,
We are two sisters, Naomi (20) and Cilia (26), originally from a small town in the north of Germany. Naomi just finished her A-levels and Cilia her Biology Bachelors and now we want to use this time opportunity to travel together through South East Asia for one year.
We want to get to know other cultures and people and build new friendships. Our route is currently planned as following: We want to start in Sri Lanka, where our grandma is joining us for the first 2/3 weeks. Then we are going to Indonesia for 1-2 months, to Australia for ~3 months to do farmwork and after that continue in the Phillipines for ~2 months. Later we are going to Vietnam, Laos, Kambodscha, Thailand and Malaysia, but we are flexible with our plans :)

We both have experience in solo traveling, through southern Africa, New Zealand and parts of Europe.
Some of our hobby’s are hiking, surfing and yoga. Cilia loves everything related to the ocean. We love nature and animals. Since we can remember, we always had a animal family member.
We would describe ourselfs as creative, are really open minded persons and team players.

Maybe we can see each other soon and get to know each other better :)

Que habilidades tienes?

We both have experience in working as a waitress / kitchen hand for some years and also volunteered in some hostels (cleaning, check-in/out, guest interactions), a lodge and also did farm work. We lived on an old farm our whole live with all kinds of animals and always something to do where you get your hands dirty, so we don’t mind that :)
We also love working in places with animals and plants/ agriculture.

I (Naomi) have experiences in working with children. I worked 5 months in a crèche in South Africa (kids from 2 to 5 years old). After that in a primary school in Mozambique. In Zimbabwe I worked on a farm and in a lodge. At the moment I was busy volunteering in a backpackers in Zambia.
Back in Germany I made experiences in working as a waitress.

I (Cilia) did work and travel in New Zealand and on the Canary Islands so far. I have a sportboat license (sea) and the advanced open water (PADI). I just finished my Bachelors in biology with a thesis about reducing heat stress in corals. When I'm back in Germany I want to do my Masters in marine biology, so it would be cool to gain some hands on experience in this field.
