Hi there!
I'm Maria and I'm 23 years old. I'm in my master's in conference interpreting in Winterthur, a city with around 100'000 inhabitants in Switzerland. During my semester holidays I am always looking to improve my language skills (in English, French and Spanish). In my free time, I love reading, singing, playing the piano and meeting friends. I'm looking forward to making new experiences, learning lessons, and getting to know different cultures and everything that comes with it.

To be honest, I don't have one particular talent, but I have been told to be a quick (and motivated! :)) learner.
During three months of travelling through New Zealand, I worked on an avocado farm and in a hostel (tourism and general maintenance) that I found over Workaway as well.

I'm rather creative, I like singing and painting, playing the ukulele and a bit of piano. I adore board games of all kinds, am open to a beer in the evenings, but would still consider myself an introvert and like having a place to myself for some me-time :)
