Hi,

I came from France, near Paris and went to Berlin when I get 20 - normally I should have stay 1 year for studying and somehow it is now 20 years ago.
I studied history, did a lot of different works and experiences. After a few years friends of mine get pregnant and I discover midwifery. Now I am working since 5 years as a midwife. I worked in an hospital at the birth station, now I offer follow-up in the pregnancy and after the birth.
And now... I need a break of the intense work. I want to travel, get out of Berlin for a while, make new experiences. Hope to meet you soon!

Ich komme aus Frankreich, in der Nähe von Paris, und bin mit 20 Jahren nach Berlin gegangen - normalerweise hätte ich ein Jahr bleiben sollen, um zu studieren, aber irgendwie ist das jetzt schon 20 Jahre her.
Ich habe Geschichte studiert, viele verschiedene Arbeiten gemacht und Erfahrungen gesammelt. Nach ein paar Jahren wurden Freund*innen schwanger und ich entdeckte den Beruf der Hebamme. Jetzt bin ich seit 5 Jahren als Hebamme tätig.
Ich habe in einem Krankenhaus auf der Geburtsstation gearbeitet, jetzt biete ich Betreuung während der Schwangerschaft und nach der Geburt an.
Und jetzt... brauche ich eine Pause von der intensiven Arbeit. Ich möchte reisen, für eine Weile aus Berlin herauskommen, neue Erfahrungen machen. Bis bald zum Kennenlernen!

Je viens de France, près de Paris, et je suis partie à Berlin à l'âge de 20 ans - normalement, j'aurais dû rester un an pour étudier, finalement j'y suis restée plus longtemps et j'y habite depuis maintenant 20 ans!
J'ai étudié l'histoire, j'ai fait différents jobs et diverses expériences. Après quelques années, des ami*es sont tombées enceintes et j'ai découvert le métier de sage-femme. Cela fait maintenant cinq ans que je travaille comme sage-femme.
J'ai travaillé à la maternité d'un hôpital et maintenant je propose des soins pendant la grossesse et après l'accouchement.
Et maintenant... j'ai besoin de faire une pause dans ce travail intensif. J'aimerais voyager, quitter Berlin pour un moment, faire de nouvelles expériences. À bientôt pour faire connaissance !

i'm not a professional, but i can drill, screw, paint walls and i recently replaced a tap for the first time (it was much easier than i had imagined). I get on well with people and animals. I love learning new languages and can do it pretty well (depending on the language, of course).
And: we can talk about pregnancy, birth and first time with a child, I am happy to share my knowledge.

ich bin kein profi, aber kann bohren, schrauben, wand bemalen und vor kurzem habe ich zum ersten Mal einen Wasserhahn ersetzt (ging viel einfacher, als ich mich ausgemalt hatte). Ich komme klar mit Menschen und Tieren. Ich liebe neue Sprache lernen und kann das ziemlich gut (je nach Sprache, natürlich)
Und: wir können über Schwangerschaft, Geburt und die erste Zeit mit einem Kind sprechen, ich gebe mein Wissen gerne weiter.

je suis loin d'etre professionnel, mais je sais percer, visser, peindre un mur et j'ai récemment remplacé un robinet pour la première fois (c'était beaucoup plus facile que je ne l'avais imaginé). Je suis à l'aise avec les gens et les animaux. J'aime apprendre de nouvelles langues et je le fais assez bien (selon la langue, bien sûr).
Et : nous pouvons parler de la grossesse, de la naissance et de la première fois avec un enfant, je suis heureuse de partager mes connaissances.
