Hello everyone!

I'm Giulia, 25 years old, and I come from a small town in the north of Italy. I recently completed my studies in human rights and international politics last November, and now I’m spending a few months exploring Asia before diving into a career in the humanitarian field.

Traveling has always been a passion of mine. I love discovering new cultures and traditions, and whenever I get the chance, I pack my bags and head off to explore somewhere new. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to live in several countries, including Spain, Australia, Norway, the Philippines, and Canada, thanks to school programs, university projects, and internships. Each time, I’ve been amazed by the diversity and uniqueness of the places I’ve visited.

I’m a calm, easy-going person who enjoys meeting new people, but I also value quiet moments alone, whether I’m reading a book or listening to music. Nature is another thing I love – I find peace in long walks through the mountains. That said, I’m also drawn to the energy of big cities, where I can immerse myself in museums and cultural experiences. And, of course, I’m always up for trying new foods and, when I can, recreating them once I’m back home.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and also dedicating a few hours to volunteering. Over the years, I’ve taken part in various community activities in my town, such as local events, youth conversation groups, fundraisers, and charity tournaments. I’m also a first aid volunteer with the Italian Red Cross. Additionally, I’ve been helping children with their studies, whether it’s preparing for exams or improving their language skills, and I occasionally babysit for some family friends.

I look forward to meeting more people, learning, and continuing to grow in both my personal and professional life.

Language Teaching
I hold a bachelor's degree in Languages and Cultural Mediation, with advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. I have extensive experience teaching languages to children and teenagers through tutoring and after-school programs. I am also happy to assist in creating individual or group activities designed to enhance language skills. Additionally, as a native Italian speaker, I can teach basic phrases in Italian.

Maintenance and Cleaning Assistance
I am a tidy individual who values clean and organized spaces. Having lived abroad for extended periods, I am well-versed in household chores and am happy to assist with maintenance or address any issues that may arise in the accommodation.

Cooking
While I enjoy other people’s cooking, I can prepare basic meals as well as a selection of traditional Italian dishes. I am also eager to learn and try cooking local recipes from the country where I am staying.

Other Skills
I am highly adaptable and eager to learn, always willing to take on new challenges and engage in activities I have not tried before. I work well in a team, consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard. Additionally, I am proficient with various digital tools and social media platforms, which I use to share photos and insights about my life and passions.
