Hi! I’m someone who’s always been drawn to meaningful experiences, new places, and genuine connection. I grew up in the U.S., but these days I feel most at home wherever there’s good energy, good food, and a sense of community.

I’m very hands-on and love working with my hands—whether that’s in the garden, the kitchen, building or organizing something, or helping out with creative, physical projects. I enjoy getting involved, staying active, and contributing in a tangible way.
I surf when I can, practice acroyoga, run (recently getting back into it after healing from injuries), and dance often—sometimes alone, sometimes with friends, but always from the heart.

Cooking is another big passion. I love preparing meals with people and hosting cozy dinners. There’s something special about creating and sharing food—it brings people together in the best way.

I’m adaptable, grounded, and genuinely enjoy being of service. I’m happy to help with whatever’s needed: gardening, cleaning, cooking, child care, organizing, light construction, or just bringing calm, positive energy to the space.
Happiness for me is feeling connected—whether that’s with people, nature, or something simple and meaningful in the moment. I’m at my best when I’m moving, creating, laughing, sharing stories, or learning something new.

I’ve spent the past several years building a mix of experiences that have helped me become grounded, adaptable, and hands-on. I’ve worked as a teacher, caregiver, and language tutor, and in all those roles, I’ve been someone people can count on—responsible, calm, and present.

Working with kids is something I’ve always enjoyed. I love finding creative ways to connect, whether it’s through play, learning, or just being someone they can trust. Teaching taught me how to listen deeply, be flexible, and show up with patience. I’ve also lived in different parts of the world, and those experiences really shaped how I move through life. Living in other cultures has taught me to respect local ways of doing things, to stay open, and to connect beyond just language.

Academically, I hold a graduate degree and trained in international mediation and conflict resolution. My Bechelor’s degree is in Psychology. That background helps me approach people and situations with empathy and clarity—especially when navigating cultural or interpersonal differences.

I speak four languages and I’m currently learning a fifth. Language learning has always been a passion of mine because it’s such a meaningful bridge between people.

When it comes to practical help, I’m most comfortable with hands-on work—cooking, cleaning, gardening, organizing, helping care for children or elders. I’m both independent and collaborative, and I take pride in doing whatever I do with care and attention.
