I find happiness in the little things: a big smile, sharing food, spontaneous meetings, trying something new or a beautiful sunset. I love to explore, learn by doing and connecting with the world around me. I’m happiest when I’m active, whether that’s through sports like hiking, yoga and dancing or helping people around me. I love getting things done, working with my hands and heart and making a difference, big or small by being kind, offering support, or simply bringing positive energy into the day keeps me energized and inspired :)

I bring a positive mindset and a hands on mentality, whether its organizing, cooking, helping with animals or creative projects, I’m happy to help where needed. I’m pro active, adapt quickly, and work with a smile.

I’m trained in Ayurvedic massage and 4 hands massage and love to help people in their wellbeing, to relax, let go and land in their body.

I have a background in fashion as a Product Developer and Buyer, where I developed skills in organization, financial planning, project management, creative problem solving, communication and working across cultures, while keeping everything running smoothly throughout the seasons and deadlines. In addition, I’ve worked in hospitality and restaurants, so I have expierence with reception work, hosting, service and creating a warm, welcoming space. I enjoy being part of a team and making sure guests or team members feel seen, supported, and appreciated.

I’m passionate about yoga, dance, movement, meditation, spirituality, nature and horses. I’m excited to deepen my knowledge in these areas and I’d love to learn more about healing traditions, plant medicine, farming, community life and everything that connects mind, body, and earth.
