Hi! I’m Cami :)

I'm a 28-year-old Uruguayan/American with an Italian passport. I've been traveling around Europe since March and plan to continue indefinitely ✨

I'm looking to gain experience, connect with people, and contribute through volunteering as I go.

I recently resigned from my remote job, so now I’m 100% available for volunteering, super excited to fully connect with hosts and projects!!!

A little about me:
I’m the oldest of four sisters and deeply family-oriented. I adore animals—my 9-year-old cat Asia and my special-needs dog Bono (he had a car accident and now walks kinda funny, which is part of his personality) are my babies. I’m always excited for any chance to care for animals wherever I go.

I have a degree in International Business. I used to train and compete in CrossFit for eight years, and I still practice it outdoors now. I stay active through running, calisthenics, hiking, and exploring new places on foot. I’d love to train together if you're into movement or just want to join for a fun session!

I’m especially drawn to being around water—whether it’s the beach, mountain lakes, or rivers—though I’m open to all kinds of volunteer experiences.

My mother runs one of the largest non profit cat rescue in Uruguay, @catitos.uy. Through our home shelter we have rescued thousands of animals, mostly cats, dogs, rabbits, opossums, chickens and roosters, etc. As any shelter, it is like a hospital, we take care of injured and malnourished animals, we receive abused animals directly from governments entities and care for them until we find a home.
