I'm Camilla, 36 years old, from Italy.
A few months ago I left to embark on my spiritual journey. I am passionate about yoga and meditation (which I have been practicing for a few years) and I have recently obtained my certification as a teacher (200hr ttc), in Rishikesh. I love bringing the principles of yoga into everyday life, and I am actively engaged in a path of personal growth. My main yoga style is Hata, but I have also studied Iyengar and Ashtanga.
I practice Acro Yoga since many year (intermediate-advanced level) and I am able to teach the basics.
I love sport, for 7 years I also practiced and taught pole dancing, to adults and children, in the past I was a gymnast and a dancer.
In Italy my main profession is that of physiotherapist and osteopath (I started in 2011). As such, I have a lot of experience in giving massages, rehabilitation treatments, energy and postural rebalancing treatments, holding corrective/postural gymnastics classes. I am a sunny and smiling person, empathetic and easy-going. I love nature, peace, silence, but also good company. My desire is to share my skills and experience to help make the world a happier and more loving place.
