heeey!!! My name is Cat and I love to meet new people and experience new things! I look forward to picking up new skills from workawaying and trying new things, I really love nature and the outdoors and being part of a team or community where I can meet like minded people sounds like a dream. I Just finished my second year of uni in London where I study psychosocial studies which is basically all about learning about psychotherapy which has been so much fun :) life in London has been so fast pace and routine for the last 2 years I'm looking forward to switching it up this summer as I'm travelling the west coast from Denver to Seattle over the next 2 months and I'm so excited to see where i end up along the way :)

Que habilidades tienes?

I feel as though I have good communication skills as I study psychotherapy at university and so have lots of practice in things like active listening etc I love being part of a community and working within a team, i went on an expedition in India in 2019 where we worked in a team on regenerative school project inn leh where we replaced windows and flooring, as well as decorating the walls with educational murals too. We also completed a 12 day hike through the Himalayas looking out for one another's wellbeing was essential. (I would love to develop my DIY skills!)

I have experience with baby sitting as I worked with a family in Romania for a month and then with a family in London for a year which I really enjoyed. I also have experience in the hospitality industry as I've worked in a variety of cafes and some bars as well as housekeeping experience as well :)

I enjoy being organised with my days whilst simultaneously being able to go with the flow and see what the day brings. On my trip I am seeing what opportunity's come up and then I'm happy to commit to the task assigned!

I have always loved being outdoors and learning about nature and so i am hoping to cultivate some new skills in gardening and carpentering task as well as with outdoor activities! I am lucky enough to have been raised in the lake district and so love to canoe, kayak, swim, hike and recently I've really been enjoying running as well!! This year I also want to work on some yoga practices like holding head and handstands too :)
