I’m currently working as yoga teacher in Catalina’s Hideaway a boutique hotel in Santa Catalina, Panama. This is the beginning of my longer journey around central America. Curious and excited to explore new places and offer my yoga skills and passion for healthy living, holistic wellbeing and most important creating connections!
