  Hola 👋 my name is Pedro, I have a lovely modern house on the beach near La Pedrera. It’s a very nice town and beach. I spent many years traveling and now I finally have my place on the beach and I am happy to be able to host travelers.
  
  Buses are available I am working on buying a motorcycle which could possibly be borrowed depending on the guest. I have a car and may be available to drive you somewhere. Bikes are available to use for free. The town is a ten minute walk. There are many things to see locally and if you participate in water sports like surfing there is a surf spot not so far away. I don’t have a surf board at this moment because I just bought the house but if someone comes and wants to surf I would buy some.

  Uruguay is a small and unique country. It is different from the other South American countries. Here you can meet the local gauchos (cowboys of the pampa) and beach bums. All the normal beach activities will be available. In the summer the town has lots of restaurants and active places. the food is wonderful lots of high quality meat normally cooked in an outdoor fire place. As well as other delicacies like pies and tarts.

  I am looking for people who can teach me things like languages or skills. I am also open to people who would want to create art for the house, do minor repairs on the house or garden. No more than 3 or four hours of help a day will be requested.

  I have a beautiful house there are two bedrooms open. One is bellow the house and other is off the kitchen they are both nice spaces with windows one has its own bathroom and shower the other one has a shared bathroom and shower with the kitchen area. I will try to keep the kitchen stocked and you are free to eat from it. If I cook I will probably share my food and I would appreciate it if you would do the same.
