  Hello! I am Mike, a mexican owner that since 2021, opened this beautiful and innovative hotel in Sayulita, México. Since the early 2000s I fell in love with Sayulita due to its natural beauty and the combination of so many different cultures that give life to this vibrant surfer town, since then, my dream was to share it with the world, that's why in 2019 we decided it was the moment to start creating what is now this hotel.
  
  The hotel is a 100% Mexican family project that aims to exalt the beauty and authenticity of the town of Sayulita, a biodiverse pearl on the shores of Nayarit. We seek to choose to have creative structures where the protection of those resources that inspire us so much of this place. With structures made of sea containers, the protection of the iguana sanctuary and water care; this place seeks to unite nature, human and genius in one place.
  
  The hotel's name is a word that wixarikas use whose meaning is "to arrive and return", therefore we wanted to share with everyone how we never stopped coming back. We are characterized by a friendly staff, attention to detail and familiarity that will make you feel at home. Thus, as its name indicates, we seek that everyone who crosses the portal of our hotel, undoubtedly wants to return.

  We are a family-ran hotel with 6 more people of the staff. 2 receptionists, 2 housekeepers, and a maintenance guy :)
  We offer:

  Ayuda

  We are looking for creative, handy and dedicated volunteers that are open for a new experience in the Magic Town of Sayulita, Nay. México. For the moment, we are looking for one person per area with skills regarding:
  -handy people at tasks regarding gardening and keeping common areas tidy (watering the plants, cutting grass, trimming bushes, sweeping floors, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.)
  -reception and engagement at tasks regarding reception and laundry (take care of reservations, do check-ins, washing, drying, folding, storing, keep track of availability of products, checking emails, answering the phone, writing back in social media regarding reservations, etc.) For this position, we need someone bilingual (English and Spanish)

  We are more than excited to share a little bit of our culture, and we believe that language is one way to do it. When you leave this place, you will have mastered the "mexicanismos" to feel like a true mexican :)

  Alojamiento

  We have a room conditioned with 1 bunk bed for the volunteers, it has its own kitchen and one bathroom. Internet, water and electricity are available, yet the room is not in the hotel. Being 15 mins away outside of town but a bus comes and goes every 15mins.

  Explore the town of Sayulita fall in love with its colors and music. Try the incredible Mexican street food and taste the fusion-type cuisine that will definitely rock your world. Let yourself be captivated by the ocean and its wonders, learn how to surf, how to dive or go exploring nearby beaches by hiking or even catamarans. If that doesn´t sell it for you, enjoy the beach parties and the nightlife that characterizes the town: live music, coronitas and dancing. Make friends from all around the world and enjoy from the place that is practically never-ending summer vibes.
