  House is a lodging option in downtown Guadalajara that offers a unique experience thanks to its Wabi Sabi atmosphere, Japanese fish pond, and relaxing music. It features a terrace, gym, water pool, and catamaran nets. It also offers three private rooms and a shared dormitory with bunk beds. The property offers optional clothing, a bonfire, cleanliness, and an art exhibition. The best part is its location, halfway between downtown and the Colonia Americana neighborhood, so you get the best of both worlds: terrace parties, art exhibitions, urban art, recreational and cultural activities, and ecotourism. Permanent staff includes a general manager, who is responsible for planning and supervising the operation of the entire project. We also have a cleaning staff member responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of all areas, and a handyman who comes when any repairs are needed.
  
  Lo mejor es la ubicación, a la mitad entre el centro y la colonia americana por lo que tienes lo mejor de dos mundos, las fiestas en las terrazas, exposiciones de arte, arte urbano, actividades recreativas y culturales, así como ecoturismo.

  I don't have a specific area for coworking yet, but I'm planning to build one. In any case, the terrace can be used and is a very nice space.
