HELLO EVERYONE,
A CARPENTER OR SOMEONE WHO CAN DO CARPENTRY WANTED!!
Specially, we are looking for some people to help us to clean the cottages, setting the beds and futon according to the number of the guests, vacuum cleaning, mope the floor cleaning dishes during this period.
We develop our forest to invite people from all over the world. There are about 20 lodges and glampings and we have been taking care of this place with a full heart and lots of dedication.
We need good help with maintaining the area, carpentry (making wood deck, building a tree house etc), gardening, farming(we have a small field but not currently running), cleaning and setting up lodges (especially in a busy season). If you can repair tree house, earth bag house or these kind of house, let’s build with us!
We are situated at Nakadaki, Isumi City in Chiba prefecture, it is 1hours and half from Tokyo, the closest station will be Chojamachi, 5 min by car. Near by here there are good location for surfing. The Supermarkets and Convenience stores are about a 10 min by car. If you have an International Drivers License (IDP) valid in Japan, you could move a bit more independently, using our car when you are free and if the truck is not needed (please ask). Please refuel the car if you are using it privately. Or you can use bicycle.
Pick you up from the Chojamachi station, if we are available.
We are looking for people who want to spend time more than 3 weeks if possible.
Working starts at around 10am every morning (FOR NORMAL DAYS/OFF SEASON) to 4pm, You will be giving tasks to do during the day. Basically, we ask you to work for 4 to 5h a day. Working visa, we can employ, for ¥1,440.
You need to have a post office bank account and if you the salary will be deposited end of the month no exception so please make sure to be in Japan.
International drivers license need it.
Food is not included
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART TIME JOBERS THAT CAN STAY FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 MONTHS WITH WORKING VISA ONLY AND INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE, FOCUS AND SERVE OUR GUESTS, YOUR MAIN JOB WILL BE CLEANING AND SET UP COTTAGES. YOU NEED TO BE VERY RESPONSIBLE AND GOOD PROBLEM SOVER WE NEED PEOPLE TO BE ALWAYS A OK TO DO THE JOB, ENGLISH IS A PLUS, IF YOU SPEACK JAPANESE WILL BE A PLUS PLUS.
We offer payment for workawayers with valid working visa status. WORKING VISA ONLY PLEASE DO INSIST !
Please make sure to have a Japanese Post Office bank act AND YOU NEE TO DE REGISTERED FROM PREVIOUS WORKING PLACE TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH US. Also before you leave please take a picture of your de registration and send a picture to us.

Usually on the days off the volunteers can go to Ohara beach surfing or just look at Pacific Ocean, they have a hike in a near by forest and check out some shrines near by. The transportation will be train or walk, from time to time you can lend our car (ONLY WITH JAPANESE DRIVERS LICENSE OR INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE, IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN JAPAN). Any damage the person that cause will be charged, no exceptions!! Thank you!!

Very easy going person and friendly. A cool artist with a young spirit, needs to work a bit on his waking up time but an excellent person to be around, simple and always a good laugh. Yes Sam is the man I always thanks him and the host as well.
