  My name’s Nate, an American living on a quiet coastal property overlooking the Whitsundays, about half an hour from Airlie Beach. I’m building a small native forest with flowers and trees, creating a space for wildlife and a calm, beachside way of living. It’s a relaxed, nature focused environment with ocean views, good energy, and a strong connection to the outdoors.

  Your host is American, well-travelled, and runs a genuinely welcoming home. Expect good conversation, a thoughtful setup, and a very active household.

  We’re about 30 minutes from Airlie, where you’ll find shops, beaches, and boat trips to the islands. There’s no public transport here, so having your own car is useful, though we head into town regularly and can often give a lift. References and a background check will be requested prior to arrival. The area is surrounded by walking tracks, forest trails, and around 20 kilometres of beaches to explore. It’s a peaceful, nature-filled place for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, quiet living, and a friendly family atmosphere.
