I live in a lovely Melbourne suburb of Ormond. My home is not big, but between working part time and looking after my elderly parents there is a lot of tasks I can use a bit of help with!
I work from home as Bowen therapist, and love traveling , craft, gardening. My last trip was to India, but I also love going to Europe, and my next destination is likely to be Japan. I love going out with friends, or visiting galleries, theatre and exhibitions.
Most of the help will be needed outdoors. The courtyard garden is pretty small but there are a lot of plants needing repotting, as well as some weeding. General cleaning once a week. Also I would love to do a few small painting/reorganising projects around the house if I can get help with it!
Workaways will have a lovely bedroom or two, and a separate bathroom. There is a bike you can use for outings. The house is only 12 min walk to the train station and very close to the bus stop. Travelling to city by train from Ormond station takes about 25min. -

The room was warm, spacious and comfortable. There are some nice parks around for walks and the station is nearby making it easy to get to the beach and the city.
We were blessed with some good weather and were able to make good progress in the garden.
