I am a mature woman. I practice Acupuncture. I live on 14 acres of pecan orchard,some woods and many ornamental plants. There is also an organic garden. I am located near Gainesville Fl which is the home of Univ. of Florida. Gainesville is a friendly , fun town with many cultural and musical events Near my place there are natural springs for swimming and three rivers for kayaking and canoeing. There are also a number of spiritual centers in my neighborhood.

I have a good knowledge of herbs and Chinese medicine. I know a lot about the local plants. I have traveled and am educated. I live near The Temple of the Universe, home of spiritual teacher Michael Singer author of "Untethered Soul". He was featured on the Oprah show and his book was discussed on the View. The Temple offers free yoga, chanting and satsang (spiritual talks). There is also a Hare Krishna Temple near by. There is also Ayurvedic Center near by.
There is a lot of mowing with my riding lawn mower and other yard work. There is pruning, weeding, sometimes transplanting or helping me with something heavy. I also need handy man help in the house. Tiling experience would be a plus but not necessary.

The room I have available is a good size, is furnished and opens onto a large wrap around porch. The bathroom is nearby and you will have use of the kitchen. It is quiet and private here, surrounded by nature.
As I mentioned there are three rivers a few minutes away, the Ichetucknee, the Santa Fe and the Suwanee. Also there are many beautiful natural springs near by. There are loads of parks and preserves for bike riding, birding and walking. You can also see alligators at some.
