German speaker to help kids to practice languages in Genoa, Italy

My name's Ettore and I work in an office in the computer science field and my wife Arta is a physician in the nearby hospital.
the older kid's 5.
Younger is 3 and they both will attend the same kindergarden in September 2024 at the Deutsche Schule.
They are quite talkative and they like to socialize. Still they need to be looked after as they could get hurt during their home games.

We'll move downtown on September 2024 or later if house restructuring works will take more than expected. Hopefully not after November 2024. Position is Genoa city center.
It's a flat with a private room for you. The kids will sleep in their room and it will be me caring for them if they wake up at night.

You can learn the Italian language for sure and have plenty of time to live the city. Study or work. You'll be part of the society.
We live in Liguria. If you like culture, sea and mountains you should find yourself very well.
Outdoor sports are of any kind and the university of Genoa will cover any interest you may have to pursue and study.

2 hours per day is the basic need we have. No weekends, holidays or nights.
Just the need for someone ton pick them up at school and look after the kids until me or my wife we'll be back home from work.
It will be lovely to spend the dinner together if you will like it and share the day together.
The only special need we have is the au pair must be German native speaker and that's the only language she should use with the kids.

We need some help with the kids that will attend the Deutsche Schule (kindergarten) from September 2024.
Basically it is necessary to bring them home from school in the afternoon and keep an eye on them until me or their mother is back home from work.
The rest of the day you're free to enjoy the city as you like.
Genoa is a big city with a good university and we'll be moved downtown so every place will be easily reachable.
We would need also help in case of unexpected sickness of the guys to look after them during working hours of the first one or two days or until recover if available.
These extra days are to be compensated separately.
No weekends or holidays or nights to cover and you'll have your private room for your privacy. Of course it will be your duty to clean and tide up your room.
Kids are loud but good, they like to talk and interact with people.
As we parents do not speak German we like the au pair to address them in German only to practice the language also outside school.
At the moment we're not yet moved downtown so I cannot add more details that will come in few months hopefully.

It's a flat with two bathrooms in the city center. You'll have your own room.
Regarding the food my wife likes to cook but this is something we can discuss as you may prefer different arrangements.

Genoa is on the sea and hills. You can easily walk to the docks or seaside or trekking also by just walking out of the house door.
On the other hand living in the city center allows you to reach metro and train station in few minutes
