Hello World, Welcome back!
We are dairy farmers in the Far North. We are looking for someone wanting to explore the Far North and offset their accommodation/board by doing some cleaning and gardening.
We have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 child and a whole lot of cows, turkeys, quails and other assorted wild life.
You will have your own bedroom in a private area of the house. The bathroom is shared (but only when we have visitors).
You will be asked to share in the cooking and cleaning duties required to keep a house clean and tidy and functioning.
It is important to note that we are very rural. We do not have bus services etc at our doorstep. If you stay we are happy to drop off at spots when convenient - but you will be based at the farm most of the time unless you have your own transport. This is not a worry for most people who enjoy the farm experience, wide open spaces, views to the ocean and good company.
We are experienced hosts who enjoy meeting people from around the world. We have hosted single women, males, young honeymooning couples through to families with kids.
Weather and time-dependent one of our favourite activities is to take our guests down the beach and put the Kontiki out.
We eat meat with most dinners. Although we have happily hosted vegetarians - they need to take responsibility for cooking their own food. This placement is not suitable for Vegans.
Our internet access is capped and very expensive, so we have strict rules about using our data. Normal use is fine. We do monitor our usage and if you start streaming high-quality media you will be given the choice of paying for your use or we will change the password.
