  I live on the west side of Vancouver, not far from Kitsilano and UBC, the nearby university, I also work at the university. I have a detached modern home built in 2010, with a garage suite that may be available when not occupied by a student during the school year.

  I'm Vancouver born and raised and active in the community. I work in the communications field, so have lots of knowledge about the things to see and do in the city and throughout BC, be it entertainment, cultural or outdoor recreation based.

  My needs are relatively simple - mainly in the general maintenance side of things. I've had workawayers help me clean my garage of old items to be taken away, clean various parts of the inside of the house, assemble some Ikea furniture, and help organize things. Gardening might also comprise a large part of the work.

  I have a small suite in my garage with full bathroom and kitchenette (no laundry). I can also provide a bicycle for riding around the city and making trips to the shops and grocery stores that are only a few blocks away.

  The location is very close to a public bus top at only one block away, the Kitsilano beach area is somewhat close by at a couple of kilometres away.
