    Descripción

This is a co-living, arts and activist community center, and events space set in a jungle regenerative off-grid farm.

The name speaks of our philosophy: a vision of a better future that is continuously evolving and improving — not a fixed destination, but a living practice.

    Community:

This is a community space, we live and work together. Though we have a lot of space for privacy.
This is a work exchange, not a hostel stay. You live here, you contribute and co-create, and you're part of how the place runs.
We use sociocracy to distribute responsibility, so you'll have real ownership over your area rather than a task list.

    The Space:

Our home was built by hand over the course of a year — managers, international volunteers, and local workers side by side — using materials sourced from the surrounding land with the least environmental impact possible.

The main building spans over 300 sqm and holds a lounge, kitchen, dining area, workspace, and loft. Beyond that you'll find two dorms, nine private rooms, and three private cabins. We also have a 180 sqm octagonal movement space dedicated to yoga, meditation, movement, and whatever practice calls you. The property can host twenty to thirty people at a time. Two waterfalls to freshen up.

Since opening our doors, a beautiful flow of people have come and gone — co-living, co-creating, and weaving art, activism, and compassion into everything we do.

    Expectations:

One month minimum (with very few exceptions)
Longer stays are welcome and work better for everyone.
25 hours a week — hours vary; we're not strict with rules, but we ask for accountability
Self-motivated volunteers that take responsibility are preferred
Shared accommodation in a dorm. (Option to upgrade to a private room upon availability)
    3 meals per day included.
Access to all shared spaces, trails, two rivers, and two waterfalls.

    What you'd help on
We'll match you to one area based on your skills, what you like to learn and what the community needs when you arrive:

Farm — planting and tending our cacao agroforestry system, gardening, composting, and general land work alongside our farm managers.
Natural building — construction and maintenance using earth-based and locally sourced materials.
Content — photography, video, social media, and design.
Art: paint, make diy stuff, etc

Beyond your area, community life has its own demands — tidying shared spaces, welcoming new arrivals, helping where it's needed.

    Days
Movement session before breakfast — yoga, chi-gong.
    Breakfast
A short sync-up each weekday morning to coordinate tasks.
    Work session
    Lunch
Workshop (kitchen workshop - bread, cacao processing, kambucha or other ferments0
Work out session ( boxing, hike, waterfall dip etc)
    Dinner
Evening chill (relax and connect, movie night, game night, fire night, etc)

    Weekly
Logistics meeting where we plan projects together.
Community circle for anything people need to say (not logistics, but more emotional and connecting)
We generally take a weekend trip to nearby attractions (Hot spring, volcano hike, waterfall hikes, lake, sometimes even as far as the beach.

    Location
Rural jungle. Nearest town is a short drive or a 20-minute walk.
Fast internet throughout, so remote work is easy.
    18–30°C year round. It rains.
    Substance-free space.

    Sending love

Beyond the daily rhythm of farm life, your time here is a chance to grow in ways that go far beyond a typical travel experience.
Community Living — learn what it means to share space, decisions, and meals with people from all over the world. There's no better teacher than actually doing it.
Permaculture & Regenerative Farm — gain a hands-on understanding of how to work with the land rather than against it, from soil health to food systems to closed-loop thinking.
Farming — get your hands in the earth. Learn to plant, transplant, and tend tropical crops including cacao, and take that knowledge home with you.
Natural Building — discover how structures can be built from the ground up using local, earth-based materials with minimal environmental impact.
Nature Immersion — wake up to howler monkeys, swim in jungle rivers, and let the rainforest reset your rhythm. For those who want it, is the perfect place for a digital detox.
Cultural Exchange — live alongside people from different countries, backgrounds, and disciplines. The conversations, skills, and friendships you build here tend to last well beyond your stay.
