We are located in mid town, next to the bus station, near to shops and markets, and 70 meters away from the beach and surf points, you can enjoy surfing and beachfront, turtle and snakes farms, Weligama is very well known for surfing schools and yoga classes.
We have a team of 5 people, a supervisor and 3 cleaning ladies and 1 check in agent

Volunteering at Hostel in Weligama has been such a blessing! Jay (the owner) has been so welcoming since day one. The hostel is super clean, laid-back, comfortable, and has such a chill, friendly vibe. It's quickly turned into a secound home for me.

This was my first workaway experience and I have to say: it was amazing!! I was actually supposed to stay only 4 weeks but I ended up staying longer. And I would have stayed even longer if I didn't have to get back home due to the Corona situation.

What a life here! This place was such a great experience for me! Jay was super helpful with everything and took care about all the volunteers. I made the best decision that i choose this hostel. I will definitely come back if i have the chance. 😇

Anna, or as she loved to be called Panni, is a wonderful person, fast learner, polite, trustworthy and intelligent. One of the best volunteers we had, although it wasn’t ling stay due to the world wide corona virus situation, but we would live to host her again, i wish you a very successful life panni, and hope to meet again

I was almost three weeks in this hostel and my experience was AMAZING, the vibes of the place are really nice. Jay, the owner he is super cool, I had a very nice time with him. I recommend this place a 100% percent, also I met some other volunteers there and they were super cool! I keep remember that days like a really good days.
