  We are a top kiteboarding school/club/shop in Punta chame, Panama, Central America with a restaurant & lodging.Our location right on the beach, makes our school location ideal for beginner to experieced kiters and for those that want to watch or relax at our hangout area. On the weekends it gets particularly busy with kitemembers, classes or rentals. During the week there is enough free time to practice your spanish and this is the moment to work on your own kiteskills!
  
  Throughout the kiting season from December to the end of April we are looking for at least 3 volunteers who are proactive and happy to help around the hospitality facilities. Responsibilities may include; cleaning the cabañas and bathrooms, painting, sanding, maintenance, preparing rooms for new guests, helping out in the kite school and assisting the chef in the restaurant. Flexibility when completing other jobs that are needed is appreciated and we can also work with your personal skill set. During the off season we are also looking for volunteers who can help prepare for the season.
  
  You will be part of our family of international volunteers, a group of 3-4 people and receive 3 vegan/vegetarian meals a day and accommodation (tents + mattresses during the kite season or cabaña's in the off season, dependent on availability). The work will consist of 25 hours per week with 2 days off per week.
  
  There are regular buses between Bejuco and Panama City, and a smaller minibus that will take you from Bejuco to Punta Chame.

  Travelers will interact with locals, expats and other tourists visiting our school. Working together with locals provides a great opportunity for you to learn or improve your spanish.

  We are looking for at least 4 volunteers who are able to take initiative and be hands on with guests during the weekend, but also comfortable spending time on their own in paradise during the week. There is a variety of tasks to pick up, depending on when you arrive and the group of other volunteers we divide tasks between the different hospitality services for example with the cabana's, kiteschool and there are always other projects to pick up (maintenaince, decoration, yoga, etc).

  In the high season until April your accomodation will be a tent with comfortable mattresses. If cabana's are free you can make use of these. In the off season, you will be able to enjoy your own cabana.

  On your time off, if you want to explore more of our country, there is a little bus coming in and out from our small beach town every half an hour to the main road (~$0.50), at the town of Bejuco, that takes approximately 30 minutes. From there, you can take the main bus towards the city (~$2.60) or to enjoy the rest of the panamanian beaches and mountain sites
