Our place is situated in the Marlborough Sounds, half-way on the beautiful Nydia Track.
It is a peaceful paradise for hikers and mountain bikers.
We are accessible by walking (5h from Havelock or Duncan Bay) or by boat (1h from Havelock)

You will love being in Nydia Bay and learning about living of the grid on a property that has no road and gets the mail delivered once a week by the mailboat.
We are happy to exchange stories about your and our life and travel.

Nydia Bay is situated in the Marlborough Sounds. You can get to us by watertaxi, mailboat, a 5 hour hike or you can come in on your mountain bike.
We can also pick you up in Havelock with our boat.
While you are here you can enjoy walks and hikes, swimming of the jetty, fishing, kayaking and lots more.
