Gardenig and cleaning tasks
Most probably you will have a full house to yourself.

Hi, I am Karin and I live with my partner in Santa Margherita Ligure, a little town just on the beach in Liguria. There are plenty of trekkings to do and beaches to visit. I have a small house with a separed living room that can become an extra bedroom.
The room can accommodate 2 people in a double bed a couple or two friends are welcome to apply.
I need some help for some renovations that I am doing in the house. Mainly painting, sand and paint the deck, gardening. If someone is good in doing murales we can figure out something.
Light cleaning jobs in the house will be appreciated.

If you are learning italian i will be happy to help you, if there is the chance i can cook traditional food for you.

I need some help for some tasks that I am doing in the house. Mainly painting, sand and paint the deck, gardening. If someone is good in doing murales we can figure out something.
Light cleaning jobs in the house will be appreciated.
I would propose a formula in which a person works full time for three days and then gets three days of full holiday. Of course if the person is doing a project that requires more than 3 days we can do 4+4, 5+5.
If both of us are happy it can be repeated.
Please apply only if you have some experience in painting, gardening or work with wood and tell me which experience you have in the first message.
I do not offer food in the deal. However i will be happy to cook and share some meals when fits my schedule.

private room with shared bathroom in the center of the town, easy to reach by train and near to the beach. there is no wifi at home but in italy data plans are really cheap.

I expect the workawayer to be indipendent, as i am not babysitting anyone, sorry if it sounds harsh, but i will be quite busy with my shop and i can't afford to waste time in complications.
