My name is Christian, I'm a music producer from New York who lives and works here in Minca, Colombia. Together with my wife and sister in law we are building a retreat and learning center that will focus on practical and sustainable forms living and sharing knowledge.
As well our staff consists of four local people- Marta, Silvino, Antonio and Victor who are full time employees.
Marta takes care of the house, Silvino the grounds, Antonio and Victor oversee construction.

Our project includes study of yoga as well as Indigenous thought. As well we teach audio production and recording at our recording studio here.

We are creating a learning and retreat center in Minca, Colombia. We need people who can do physical things like brick making, building terraces and who can design and setup gardens and greenhouses.

We have an outdoor "Maloca" with hammocks. We will serve two Healthy meals a day, breakfast and lunch and generally we all eat together.
Minca is a beautiful little town in La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and popular eco-destination. There are many opportunities to walk, hike, some of the best bird watching in the world and great beaches are nearby. Minca is very much a safe, supportive community with many interesting people and projects. An ideal place for learning and getting close to nature.
